TYLER — Tyler Fire and Police responded to a structure fire at the IHOP on W SW Loop 323 Sunday night. According to our news partner KETK,\u00c2\u00a0 multiple first responder units went to the scene west of South Broadway Avenue. The outside westbound lane of Loop 323 was temporarily closed to allow emergency crews to respond.
