It happened Sunday morning around 9:30 on Hwy 155 about 2 miles south of Noonday. Officials say Allison Bryant Wiley, 51, Tyler, was driving south on 155 when she was struck by a northbound vehicle driven by Alicia Renee Morrison, 43, Flint. Morrison was pronounced dead at ETMC Tyler. Authorities say she was not wearing a seatbelt. Wiley is being treated at Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler for broken bones and internal injuries.
