Kilgore police on Tuesday announced five high school students are expected to be charged with felony criminal mischief.   The damage to the buses, discovered before dawn on April 8, forced the Kilgore Independent School District to call off school for the day. Nearly every bus serving the six-campus district had the valve stems removed from some tires.
