Killed in the Tuesday morning crash on Highway 64, about a mile east of Chapel Hill, was Pamela Ward, 53, of Tyler. Officials say she was wearing a seatbelt when she lost control and ran off the road. Her car hit two culverts, became airborne and then rolled, ejecting her from the vehicle.
