Earlier Friday, Gregg County Judge Bill Stoudt said he had received the latest version of a proposed lease agreement between the county and Good Shepherd, and had reinstated a public hearing on the matter for Monday morning. \u201cWe\u2019re going to proceed with the hearing, but there will not be any vote by the commissioners court on Monday,\u201d Stoudt said. It is possible the public hearing on Good Shepherd\u2019s proposal to have its lease extended could continue past Monday. \u201cWe want to give everyone a chance to be heard, and we\u2019ll do that,\u201d he said.
