It is very important to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus that all potential patients are screened so healthcare providers can to prepare for their arrival.&#8221; There are No new COVID-19 cases reported and to date No COVID-19 related fatalities have happened within Smith County as of Thursday, March 19 at 12 p.m. There are 5 Confirmed cases within the county. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2020\/03\/Tyler-150x149.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"149\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-861228\" \/>City of Tyler facilities remain closed to public access through April 1. All events City-operated or in a City facility have been suspended through April 1. The County encourages people to conduct their businesses online. Many non-essential services are by appointment only.  Jury duty continues to be suspended through April 13.
