\"\"TYLER — Tyler police have arrested a suspect in a shooting at a home on Jan Street that they believe was related to drug activity. Around 9:55 p.m. Thursday, 18-year-old Levi Mercer told responding officers he had been shot in the stomach during a struggle with a person later identified as 17-year-old Marcus Bell of Tyler, who was also shot during the incident. Officers found Bell around midnight at his home on Alpine Street and learned he had been shot in the left upper thigh. Police say the gun used in the incident was found inside the Jan Street home.
