\"\"JACKSONVILLE — A press release from the Jacksonville Police Department has confirmed that an online threat on Tuesday to JPD that stated, “I’m going to shoot up every school and day care within a 30-mile radius then I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m coming for your officers\u00e2\u20ac\u009d originated in the United Kingdom. It is being investigated further, however it is believed that there is no local threat. That threat was sent to the JPD Facebook page. <\/p>\n

According to our news partner KETK, JPD forewarned surrounding schools and law enforcement agencies, including the FBI. The department does not believe that the threat is credible. Investigators are working to identify the Facebook profile.
