Kylon Jeffery Henson pleaded guilty in Tyler on Mar. 23 to possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine before U.S. Magistrate Judge John D. Love.  According to information presented in court, beginning in 2009, Henson possessed approximately 18 grams of crack cocaine with intentions to distribute it in the East Texas area.  Henson was indicted by a federal grand jury on Feb. 2, 2011 and charged with federal drug trafficking violations.  Henson faces a minimum of five years in federal prison at sentencing.
