According to our news partner KETK, In a statement from the facility, &#8220;the horses are receiving fresh hay every two hours and have a constant supply of water.&#8221;  They intend to repair the hooves, but the process is slow due to past conditions.  A warrant was served on June 27 to seize the horses due to what appeared to be malnourishment and a lack of veterinary care.
