That&#8217;s the word from Texas Hospital Association President Dr. Dan Stultz, who discussed the issue Thursday during a visit to Tyler.  Stultz says in the Tyler community, &#8220;those ripple-down cuts, those ripple-down effects in state funding for local hospitals will touch everybody.&#8221;   Stultz points out that health care is one of Tyler&#8217;s four largest industries &#8212; and he says that sector provides a cutting edge that helps attract employers and families to the area.
