Officers said an 18-wheeler ran into a power pole. Power lines were wrapped around the truck and in the roadway. The southbound lanes of Broadway Avenue were closed at Elm Street.  Northbound lanes were closed at Front Street. Police reported late Friday morning that all affected roadways had been reopened.
