GLADEWATER — An East Texas company is trying to find work for employees after fire destroys one of their plants. Southwest Plastics Recycling had 28 employees working at their Gladewater facility before Monday’s fire. Company officials say they will moving some of their employees to their Longview Plant. Some of them, however, will be without a job. Owners of the company are not sure if they’re going to rebuild the Gladewater site.
