Randy Buford Winn, 62, appeared before a justice of the peace. His bond on charges of murder, and capital murder, was set at $2.5 million. The shooting occurred around 6:00 Sunday evening at the Oak Manor Apartments on South Van Buren Street in Henderson. Following the shooting, Winn fled to Louisiana. A tip from a relative led to his arrest.
