Nathaniel &#8220;Nate&#8221; Anderson, 15, is accused of shooting his sister, Amanda Anderson, in the head last September. The motion, which was filed last Friday, was signed by a judge yesterday. The teen remains in custody at the Smith County Juvenile Attention Center.
