Christopher Matthew Luna, 28, of Troup, was sentenced to 17 years in prison for sexual assault of a child. He was arrested last June. He was charged with indecency with a child. He is said to have met the victim online and in December, 2017, he drove from El Paso to Smith County to meet the girl.
