That&#8217;s after Longview police say they clocked him traveling at 110 mph on West Loop 281 Saturday with a host of narcotics. According to our news partner KETK and the Longview News Journal, Davin Blain Davis, 21, of Hallsville, faces fresh charges of racing on a highway along with three counts of drug possession. The 2017 wreck, on U.S. 259 near Target in Longview, killed the other suspect&#8217;s sister and fiancee. Both men are set for trial January 22 in the 2017 incident. Davis remains in jail on the latest charges.
