Pronounced dead at the scene was Boyd Andrews, 62. The accident on U.S. Highway 285 occurred just before 1:45 Tuesday morning. The Department of Public Safety says Andrews&#8217; car crossed over the center stripe and hit a tractor-trailer rig. Andrews was not wearing a seat belt.
