Authorities received a call Saturday morning from an emergency room staff member that Julia Goodwin, 30, Lufkin, brought in an unresponsive 1-year-old child. Testing showed the child may have ingested a dangerous amount of some type of drug. The toddler was taken to Texas Children&#8217;s Hospital in Houston for further treatment.
