Richard James Darby Jr., 28, is accused of robbing the Uber driver who picked him up in Bedford. The Longview News Journal reports Darby is said to have put a knife to the driver&#8217;s throat and ordered him out of the vehicle. After a couple of law officers found the suspect, he abandoned the vehicle in a ditch off Interstate Highway 20 in Gregg County. After running between cars on the interstate, deputies arrested him.
