The online report says there is a serial killer on loose in Longview after the third pedophile has been found dead in a week. The story said law enforcement officials had held a press conference and were appealing to the community for any information about the murders. In a statement issued Friday, the police department says the report of three homicides in the city is false. It was carried on a site purporting to be CBS News 15.
