The meeting is scheduled next Thursday afternoon at 3:30 in the county commissioners courtroom at the Smith County Courthouse Annex Building. It is something they have been working on since the first of the year. There are two focal points. First, discussing  downtown Tyler revitalization. Second, discussing how to improve services provided by both the city and county.
