The funding comes through the Federal Aviation Administration&#8217;s Airport Improvement Program. Airport manager Davis Dickson says the funds will be used in conjunction with the Runway 4-22 Rehabilitation Project. The money will go toward construction of a taxiway parallel to the runway and for a new instrument landing system for the runway.
