Our news partner KETK reports it was introduced at Friday&#8217;s convocation. As part of the plan, the university has already started the Soules College of Business &#8212; and has requested state funds for a new college of nursing. UT Tyler President Dr. Michael Tidwell adds that the center of campus will become a &#8220;campus green plaza&#8221; and parking will be moved to the outer areas of the campus.
