Schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen issues. Slow down and pay attention when traveling through work zones. Motorists should prepare for lane closures on I-20 throughout the week as the contractor for the Toll 49 Lindale Relief Route project conducts bridge painting operations. The closures will be implemented from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday. Work will be moving from I-20 westbound to eastbound to paint the bridge railing and beams for the Toll 49 mainlane bridge and the northbound bridge ramp. Additionally, shoulder closures are set for US 69 at the Toll 49 intersection for work on large signs. Work will be performed Monday and Tuesday starting with the northbound shoulder. <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>Summer seal coat operations continue in the Tyler District. Motorists should expect lane closures and delays during this work to seal and protect roadways from water, and provide a longer life cycle. Because the time to complete work on each roadway is estimated, these schedules are subject to change.<\/p>\n<p>Upcoming work is as follows in Henderson County:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;        Sat., July 21: FM 2010 from FM 315 to the Van Zandt County line<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;        Mon., July 23: FM 607 from SH 31 to FM 317<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;        Tues., July 24: FM 317 from SH 31 in Athens east to one mile west of FM 1803\/Muscadine Bridge<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;        Wed., July 25: FM 3054 from SH 198 to RM 2329<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;        Thurs. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Sat., July 26-28: BU 31 in Athens from just off the Downtown Square to Loop 7<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;        Sun. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Tues., July 29-31: FM 2494 from BU 175 in Athens south to FM 753<\/p>\n<p>Anderson County \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Crews plan to continue edge work on SH 294 between Elkhart and FM 228. Base repairs will be conducted on FM 1817 from FM 2022 to FM 323, and on FM 323 between FM 1817 and SH 294. Expect lane closures with flaggers managing traffic control.<\/p>\n<p>Anderson County construction projects updates:<\/p>\n<p>US 79 New Lane Construction Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From 1.6 miles southwest of Loop 256 in Palestine south to the Trinity River<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Longview Bridge and Road, Ltd., of Longview<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $42.7 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>The contractor continues closeout activities on this project to expand a 5.3-mile section of US 79 from two lanes to a four-lane divided highway with a continuous left-turn lane and a depressed median.<\/p>\n<p>SH 19 Widening Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From 3.6 miles N of FM 837 (Henderson Co. line) south to .4 mile N of FM 321 at Montalba<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Big Creek Construction of Hewitt<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $12.5 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>The contractor is preparing for the start of hot mix paving operations. Expect lanes closures daily and watch for turning truck traffic. The project is widening the roadway with the addition of shoulders and passing lanes. The posted speed limit is 55 mph.<\/p>\n<p>US 79 at UPRR Overpass Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: 1.5 miles east of FM 2574 to 0.5 miles past UPRR Overpass<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Drewery Construction Company, Inc., of Nacogdoches<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $1.6 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: September 2018<\/p>\n<p>The southbound right shoulder is closed for placement of concrete traffic barriers across the bridge to facilitate work on the bridge rail and Metal Beam Guard Fence. The work will eliminate the southbound shoulder. The speed limit has been reduced to 60 mph. The project includes, cleaning and painting steel girders, bridge rail replacement, and a concrete overlay of the existing bridge deck.<\/p>\n<p>Cherokee County \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Crews plan to continue hot mix blade overlay operations on FM 747 between US 84 and US 79. Expect lane closures with flaggers providing traffic control.<\/p>\n<p>Cherokee County construction projects updates:<\/p>\n<p>US 69 Widening through Wells<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From 2 miles north of FM 1247 in Wells, south to 0.9 miles south of FM 1247<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Longview Bridge and Road, Ltd., of Longview<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $17.6 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: December 2018<\/p>\n<p>The contractor continues to conduct earthwork, curb and gutter, and block sod on the west side of the roadway. The project is widening US 69 through Wells from two lanes to four lanes with new curb and gutter and a two-way left turn lane through town. There are minimal impacts on traffic. The speed limit has been reduced on the northern end of the project until work is completed.<\/p>\n<p>Gregg County \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Crews plan to perform base repairs on SH 135 from south of the Traffic Circle to the Rusk County line. The concrete paving will be removed and the roadway resurfaced. Expect lane closures with flaggers managing traffic control.<\/p>\n<p>Gregg County construction projects updates:<\/p>\n<p>SH 300\/Gilmer Road Overlay<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: US 80 to FM 2275\/George Richey Road<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Madden Contracting Company, LLC<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $6.6 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: End of Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>Alternating nighttime lane closures can be expected Sunday through Thursday nights. Work will be conducted from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., starting Sunday. The project includes placing a hot mix overlay and installing new pavement markings on the roadway from US 80 to FM 2275\/George Richey Road.<\/p>\n<p>I-20  Eastbound Lanes Overlay<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: 0.5 miles west of SH 135 to 0.5 miles west of SH 31<\/p>\n<p>    Contractor: Madden Contracting Co., LLC<br \/>\n    Cost: $2.5 million<br \/>\n    Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>The contractor plans to place asphalt on the roadway. The project consists of milling and overlaying the I-20 eastbound lanes and installing Metal Beam Guard Fence. Expect lane closures and delays.<\/p>\n<p>SH 135 Kilgore Overlay<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From North of Traffic Circle in Kilgore to .5 miles north of SH 31<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Madden Contracting Company, LLC<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $2.4 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: End of Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>The project is in Phase II construction with one lane only for southbound traffic throughout the project limits. Bridge rail work is being conducted on the west side of the road on this project to overlay SH 135 from just north of the Kilgore Circle to just north of SH 31 intersection. Motorists should expect delays. Work includes hot mix overlay, new pavement markings, new bridge rail and new Metal Beam Guard Fence.<\/p>\n<p>US 80 Widening in Gladewater<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: Loop 485 to Locker Plant Road<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Longview Bridge and Road<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $3.5 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>Phase II construction continues with the roadway reduced to one lane of travel for both westbound and eastbound traffic. Work continues on storm sewer, curb and gutter, and flex-base on the north side of the roadway. The project consists of widening US 80 to four through lanes with a left turn lane from Loop 485 to Locker Plant Road.<\/p>\n<p>Loop 281 at FM 1845\/Pine Tree Road<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From US 80 to Shofner Drive<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Longview Bridge and Road, Ltd., of Longview<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $4.5 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>Expect single lane closures as the contractor conducts work on this project. Traffic is in its final lane configuration in each direction. The project includes widening the roadway, installing storm drain, grading and base work, curb and gutter, raised medians, surface, signs and pavement markings.<\/p>\n<p>SH 149 at Sabine River<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From SH 322 to approximately one half-mile north of the Sabine River Bridge<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Gibson and Associates<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $3.1 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>Traffic is in the normal configuration with two lanes flowing in each direction. Expect alternating lane closures daily as the contractor continues work on the project. The project includes constructing new rails and sidewalk on the bridge, increasing its load carrying capacity, and installing new guardrail on I-20.<\/p>\n<p>Henderson County \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Crews plan to perform mill and inlay operations on SH 31W in Trinidad. Additionally, base repairs will be conducted on FM 1616 between FM 2752 and FM 773 in Murchison. Expect lane closures with flaggers providing traffic control at all locations.<\/p>\n<p>Henderson County construction projects updates:<\/p>\n<p>SH 31 Overlay Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From FM 3204 E to 0.5 miles West of FM 315 in Chandler<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Big Creek Construction of Hewitt<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $2.7 Million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Fall 2018<\/p>\n<p>Mill and inlay operations continue with daily lane closures. The project consists of base repairs, mill and inlay, seal coating, surface hot mix, Metal Beam Guard Fence upgrades, and the installation of signs and pavement markings.<\/p>\n<p>Striping Operations<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: SH 334 from Cedar Creek Reservoir Bridge to east of SH 198; SH 198 from Kaufman County Line to south of Cedar Creek Reservoir Bridge &#8211; cement sections only<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Striping Technology, LP<\/p>\n<p>    Cost: $153,363.00<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>Work continues to remove old striping and short line and to replace stop bars and cross walks on this project in the Gun Barrel City area. The work includes water blast removal of the old thermos-striping, buttons and short line (stop bars, yield bars, arrows, wordage, etc.). Once the old striping is removed, the roadways will be restriped with paint first, then with thermo-stripe. The installation of new buttons and short line will follow. Signage notifying motorists of this project have been installed along the project limits and various other locations.<\/p>\n<p>SH 19 Widening Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: FM 1615 South to 0.3 miles south of Coon Creek<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: A.L. Helmcamp<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $ 4.9 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Spring 2019<\/p>\n<p>The contractor is working on the northbound side of the roadway stripping topsoil and performing dirt work to add the shoulders. The contractor has started cement treating subgrade for the shoulder widening on the northbound side of the roadway. Expect daily lane closures. The speed limit has been reduced to 60 mph for the duration of the project which consists of adding 10-foot shoulders on both the northbound and southbound travel lanes.<\/p>\n<p>US 175 Widening Project (Phase I)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From 0.1 mile SE of FM 804 near Baxter SE to 1.1 miles E of Loop 60E at Larue<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: A.L. Helmcamp, Inc. and Big Creek Construction<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $39.2 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: September 2018<\/p>\n<p>Hot mix paving and seal coat operations continue on the westbound lanes from Baxter to one mile east of Larue. Watch for trucks entering and exiting the work zone. Expect brief delays in construction areas around county roads 4710, 4712, 4713, 4719, and 4720 as well as Loop 60. The speed limit is 55 mph on this project to expand US 175 from two lanes to a four-lane divided highway with a depressed median.<\/p>\n<p>US 175 Widening Project (Phase II)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From 1.1 miles E of Loop 60B at Larue to 0.85 mile E of FM 315 at Poynor<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Sundt Construction, Inc., of San Antonio<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $37.8 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>Eastbound traffic is open to a two-lane configuration. The easternmost access to FM 315 and Downtown Poynor is now open to traffic. Closeout activities are ongoing in various locations.<\/p>\n<p>This Phase II project is expanding US 175 from two lanes to a four-lane divided highway with a depressed median. The project limits stretch 4.7 miles ending just east of FM 315 in Poynor. The speed limit has been set at 60 mph. A portion of this phase is being built on new location around the south side of Poynor. This is a mobility project to add capacity and improve safety and includes adding one lane in each direction.<\/p>\n<p>US 175 Widening Project (Phase III) in Anderson County<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From 0.85 mile E of FM 315 in Poynor SE to .5 mile NW of SH 155 at Frankston<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: A.L. Helmcamp, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $27.6 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: October 2019<\/p>\n<p>Traffic is on the westbound lanes as an undivided highway running east\/west as work is conducted in the eastbound lanes. The contractor is installing driveway pipe and box culverts in the two southern most lanes from Elm St. to Cemetery Road. Installation requires the contractor to clear\/grub and excavate. SW3P items are continuously installed on the project which is expanding US 175 from two lanes to a four-lane divided highway with a depressed median.<\/p>\n<p>Rusk County \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Crews plan to continue edge maintenance on FM 850 from US 259 to SH 42 as well as edge and ditch maintenance on SH 42 from FM 918 to FM 2012. Expect lane closures with flaggers and a pilot car providing traffic control.<\/p>\n<p>US 259 Overlay (New Project)<\/p>\n<p>    Limits: From US 79 in Henderson to Jarrell Creek (2.8 miles north of FM 1798)<br \/>\n    Contractor: Madden Contracting Company, LLC<br \/>\n    Cost: $5.2 million<br \/>\n    Anticipated Completion Date: October 2018<\/p>\n<p>The contractor will conduct mill and inlay operations in the US 259 northbound lane only. The project includes milling, applying a hot mix overlay, and installing new pavement markings on the roadway. Expect delays!<\/p>\n<p>Smith County \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Maintenance and Special Crews plan to conduct seal coat operations on FM 2015 between FM 16 and FM 14. Operations then move to SH 110 inside Loop 323 from Gentry to the Loop. Expect lane closures with flaggers providing traffic control.<\/p>\n<p>Smith County construction projects updates:<\/p>\n<p>I-20 Ramp Improvement Project (New Project)<\/p>\n<p>    Limits: From US 69 to Jim Hogg Road<br \/>\n    Contractor: Longview Bridge and Road, Ltd.<br \/>\n    Cost: $14.8 million<br \/>\n    Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2020<\/p>\n<p>The contractor will be placing concrete traffic barrier on I-20 using daily lane closures and clearing right of way. The project consists of ramp improvements and construction of frontage roads.<\/p>\n<p>US 69 Resurfacing Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From FM 346, south to the Cherokee County Line<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Drewery Construction Co. Inc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $3.6 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Fall 2018<\/p>\n<p>Expect FM 344 entrance and exit ramp closures throughout the week. The contractor will be performing mill and inlay operations on the mainlanes in Bullard near FM 344 utilizing daily lane closures. The project consists of pavement repair and placing a new Permeable Friction Course (PFC) surface.<\/p>\n<p>CR 356 &#038; CR 234 Bridge Replacement Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: CR 356 at Simpson Creek, east of Winona; CR 234 at Mud Creek<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Stateline Construction, LLC<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $800,000.00<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Spring 2019<\/p>\n<p>The contractor will continue bridge substructure construction and riprap placement at both locations. The project is replacing the existing bridges with wider ones.<\/p>\n<p>FM 346 Bridge Replacement Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: FM 346 at Prairie Creek, south of Lake Tyler<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Stateline Construction, LLC<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $2 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Spring 2019<\/p>\n<p>The contractor is performing earthwork operations on the bridge approaches. The speed limit through the work zone has been reduced to 45 mph. The project is replacing the existing bridge with a wider one.<\/p>\n<p>Legacy Trails \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Hike and Bike Trail Development<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: West Trail: Three Lakes Pkwy to FM 2813; East Trail: Three Lake Pkwy to Cumberland Rd<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Reynolds &#038; Kay LTD.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $4.6 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date:  Spring 2019<\/p>\n<p>No lane closures are planned as the contractor continues sidewalk construction along the East Trail between Princedale and Cumberland Road. The project consists of constructing 4.4 miles of hike and bike trails in Southwest Tyler. It includes the construction of parking lots, driveways, landscaping, pedestrian ramps, crosswalks and drainage structures along the 10-foot wide hike and bike trails.<\/p>\n<p>FM 849 Bridge Replacement Project<\/p>\n<p>    Limits: FM 849 at I-20<br \/>\n    Contractor: Longview Bridge &#038; Road, Ltd., of Longview<br \/>\n    Cost: $4.6 million<br \/>\n    Anticipated Completion Date:  Spring 2018<\/p>\n<p>The contractor continues to establish vegetation and perform final cleanup activities. No lane closures are planned. This is an emergency bridge replacement project consisting of removing the existing steel and concrete structure and replacing it with a new 4-span reinforced concrete structure. Work also includes the widening of the bridge approaches and improvements to the I-20 ramps.<\/p>\n<p>FM 850 Bridge Replacement Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: FM 850 at Mud Creek just east of FM 21<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Stateline Construction<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $1.1 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>No work is scheduled on this bridge replacement project.<\/p>\n<p>Spur 248 Widening Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From 1.75 miles west of FM 848\/Old Omen Road going east to SH 64 southeast of Tyler<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Lonestar Equipment Company, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $8.6 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>Lane closures are possible as the contractor conducts cleanup activities. Expect daytime lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The project is removing the existing medians to extend the turn lanes and adding right turn lanes to various intersections in Tyler. Work locations include US 69, Cumberland Road, Independence, South Donnybrook, Rice, South Town and wrap up at Grande and FM 2493.<\/p>\n<p>Van Zandt County \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Crews plan to perform base repairs on the I-20 Service Roads between Mile Markers 540 and 542. Expect closures!<\/p>\n<p>Van Zandt County construction projects updates:<\/p>\n<p>SH 64 Widening Project (New Project)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From FM 16 to FM 858<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Big Creek Construction of Hewitt, TX<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $9.6 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: December 2019<\/p>\n<p>Culvert work kicks off this week. Expect daily lane closures. The speed limit has been reduced to 60 and 50 mph along the limits. The project consists of grading, structure work, striping, sign upgrades, and widening the roadway with the addition of shoulders and passing lanes in each direction.  <\/p>\n<p>FM 16 at FM 314 Intersection Improvements<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: Intersection of FM 16 and FM 314<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Reynolds and Kay, LTD.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $497,000.00<\/p>\n<p>    Anticipated Completion Date: October 2018<\/p>\n<p>This project consists of paving and drainage improvements at the intersection. Traffic shift is in place with no lane closures anticipated. Expect lane closures with a pilot car providing traffic control.<\/p>\n<p>FM 314 Widening Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From I-20 to the Van Zandt\/Henderson County line<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: A.L. Helmcamp, Inc., of Buffalo<\/p>\n<p>    Cost: $11.9 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Summer 2018<\/p>\n<p>Cleanup activities are being conducted from I-20 to SH 64. Expect lane closures and minor delays.<\/p>\n<p>SH 243 Widening Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From SH 198 east to SH 64 in Canton<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Longview Bridge and Road<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $6.2 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: June 2018<\/p>\n<p>Structure, road widening, and driveway work, is ongoing on the north side of the road. Minor delays can be expected. The project is widening the roadway from two to four lanes with a flush median, curb and gutter, and storm drain.<\/p>\n<p>FM 1256 Widening Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Limits: From FM 316 eastward to SH 19<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Contractor: Longview Bridge and Road, Ltd., of Longview<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Cost: $5.8 million<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00b7       Anticipated Completion Date: Fall 2018<\/p>\n<p>The contractor continues roadway rehabilitation and widening work. Cross-structure and driveway activities are ongoing throughout the project limits. A temporary traffic signal, in conjunction with a pilot car, is providing traffic control on this project that consists of rehabilitating and widening the existing roadway.
