The open house kicked off at 10:00 a.m. and runs till 5:00 p.m. The historic building is located at Dobbs Street and South Broadway Avenue in Tyler. Parking and entrance to the building are located on Dobbs Street. Door prizes will be given away on the half hour through 4:30 p.m. The building was donated to the United Way in late September 2016. It was constructed in 1932 and is currently listed on 3 historic registries.
