Noe Paz-Aguillon, 30, pleaded guilty Tuesday to intoxication manslaughter and aggravated assault charges. He was sentenced to 16 years on each charge, with the sentences running concurrently. The accident, which killed an Overton man and injured his wife, happened in February, 2014. He was released to federal authorities for an ICE detainer later that month. They put him in house arrest in Dallas, and he fled back to Mexico.
