The former administrative office clerk at Elderville Water Supply Corporation, Chelisa Portley Moore, 49, of Longview, is accused of taking money from the water utility. According to the Longview News Journal, she faces a four-count indictment of theft of property valued between $2,500 and $30,000. Prosecutors suggest it was part of a scheme dating back to February of last year.
