The panel indicted Ciara Channel Dison, 27, for murder. Shaglenda Denise Reddix, 31, was indicted for injury to a child. The little girl died after being rushed to a Longview hospital. The youngster was injured at the Longfellow Arms Apartments on East Hawkins Parkway.  Investigators found blood stains in both the kitchen and the bedroom.
