According to our news partner KETK, Smith County judicial records show the trial for Barbara Lynn Orpineda, 32, of Arp, has been pushed back to October 8. The trial was to have begun July 23. Orpineda was arrested last October on two counts of improper relationship between a student and educator and two counts of sexual assault of a child.
