When officers arrived on the scene they found a victim suffering serious but non -life threatening injuries. The victim was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Marshall for treatment. Smith is described as a black male, about 5\u00e2\u20ac\u21227\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and weighs around 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
