Police say 23-year-old Datreon Kentreal Jackson (left) has turned himself in.  Three people sustained non-life-threatening injuries &#8212; two from the gunfire and the third from shattered vehicle glass.  Jackson and 24-year-old Davonta Tramane Hill (right) were each named in three warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.  Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
