GILMER \u2013 Two Gilmer residents have died in a motorcycle accident near the Upshur County line on Farm Road 1795. Carl Walthall, 38, and Misty Lay, 36, died in hospitals in Tyler and Gilmer a few hours after the late Sunday afternoon accident.<\/p>\n
