Henderson County Sheriff Botie Hillhouse says 26-year-old Rochelle Bowden was spotted driving westbound on Main Street in Gun Barrel City in a vehicle that was known to be stolen.  Hillhouse says initially she yielded to a deputy, then took off, but the vehicle wrecked in a nearby pasture.  Hillhouse says Bowden then resisted arrest before being subdued.
