Lee High School was taken off the June Tyler ISD board agenda last week, it&#8217;s clear the issue hasn&#8217;t gone away. According to our news partner KETK, a rally was held Monday evening by black community leaders. That was followed by a school board meeting attended by some who who had been at the rally, along with a number of Robert E. Lee students who showed support for a name change. 26 people took the podium at the board meeting, though the board was not allowed to comment since the item wasn&#8217;t on the agenda.
