EAST TEXAS \u2013 East Texas is getting back to normal after winter weather plagued the area. It turned out, at least for the Tyler and Longview area, to be not nearly as bad as predicted. Still, there are some scattered problems and some schools will have a delayed start today. Here\u2019s the list:
