The Longview News-Journal reports, Tubb said the investigation into the four-hour standoff at a Kilgore residence on March 26 is inactive and concluded that criminal charges would not be applicable. Officials said at the time the man was apprehended on a mental health warrant and was taken to a hospital for evaluation after firing multiple shots inside of his home.
