Jackson Endowed Nursing Scholarship, which will provide financial assistance to nursing students who are taking classes at the UT Tyler Longview facility. Laura Blanche Jackson died of cancer at age 29 in 1992. Prior to her death, she requested that some type of recognition be made to nurses.
