Salim Abdul Hussain, 65, and Dilshad Ali, 58, both of Tyler, were free on bond when they were arrested on Monday. The two own stores on Highway 64 West that were raided in early February. They were charged with keeping a gambling place, gambling promotion, and possession of gambling devices and equipment. Deputies seized 11 gaming machines and money.
