\"\"KILGORE — Kilgore College alumnus Mike Clements, owner of Energy Weldfab, is continuing his philanthropy with a $45,000 donation. The money will endow three Culinary Arts student scholarships at KC in memory of Clements’s late wife, Amy. The Culinary Arts program began at KC in 2012. According to a news release, it prepares students for careers in the nation\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s second-largest private sector business \u00e2\u20ac\u201c- food service. The program offers two certificates and an associate of applied science degree.
