The reductions amount to about 5% of the combined workforces and affect employees at UT Health Northeast and employees at the former ETMC.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In a statement, officials at UT Health East Texas, the name that has been given to the combined entities, said that a majority of the affected individuals are non-clinical.
