It becomes effective July 1st. He served as an academic missionary to the Czech Republic before joining the university in 2003 to launch the university\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Christian Ministry program.  As campus pastor, Mays will be responsible for guiding chaplain interns, planning university chapels,and working with the LeTourneau Student Ministries.
