According to the Longview News-Journal, Chelsey Rae Penney, 32, is charged with compelling prostitution under age 18, trafficking of a person and engaging in organized criminal activity. Her bond was set at $150,000. Police said Penney drove the girl to different cities, including Tyler, paid for hotel rooms and placed online ads for the girl to be prostituted.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Penney is charged alongside &#8220;accomplices&#8221; Brandon Carraway and Jalena Johnson. Carraway, 35, of Longview also is charged with sexual assault of a child and has been held since June 7 in the Dallas County Jail on $400,000 bond. Johnson, 22, of Longview was booked the same day and remains in jail on about $200,000 bond.
