The Texas Board of Nursing notified the District Attorney&#8217;s Office about Stephanie Garcia. She is also known as Stephanie Halcomb. The action stems from an investigation that was prompted by a patient&#8217;s complaint at Davita Dialysis. The state board said Garcia went to work at the Marshall clinic in 2016,  using information of a nurse with the same name and submitting an application with false information.
