Dead at the scene was Rodney Dean Kolac, 69. The accident happened shortly before 10:30 Sunday morning. Investigators say Kolac\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s car was traveling east went it went out control in a S-curve. It then ended up in the west bound lane where it hit a pickup. The pickup\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s driver was taken to a Tyler hospital for treatment of with non-life threatening injuries.
