It happened around 3:45 Wednesday afternoon on Farm Road 9, south of Waskom. <\/p>\n<p>According to a news release from the sheriff\u2019s department, Lt. Duana Couch was conducting an investigation regarding a court-ordered seizure of an RV on the property when she was shot. Her head was grazed by a shot from a 22-caliber pistol. She was treated and released from Good Shepherd Medical Center in Marshall.
