He is Terry Darnell Young, 64. Young, who is said to suffer from a cognitive impairment, was last seen around Friday morning shortly before 12:15 in Terrell. He was driving a black 2016 Chrysler 200 with the license plane number HFL 6870. He is about 5&#8217;5&#8243; and weighs around 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
