James Arthur Fulton, 42, was found guilty Thursday in connection with the death of Hailey Beasley, 20, of Tyler. She was killed in May of last year when Fulton&#8217;s pickup,  which was headed in the wrong direction on West Grande Boulevard, hit Beasley&#8217;s car head-on. Police said Fulton admitted to drinking, but it was determined he was not intoxicated following multiple field sobriety tests. A voluntary blood draw was not taken. Beasley was pronounced dead at the scene.
