According to the Longview News Journal and KETK, Walter Earl Dixon, 59, and Venus Marie Kaisler, 47, have been charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Dixon also has been charged with evading arrest or detention with a vehicle. Dixon remains in the Gregg County Jail on bonds totaling $325,000.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2017\/11\/Venus-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-667587\" \/>Kaisler was released Sept. 6 on bonds totaling $150,000. A Texas Department of Public Safety trooper stopped the couple&#8217;s truck June 8.
