Troopers responded around 3:10 Tuesday morning to the two-vehicle crash in Harrison County near the 603 mile marker.  Preliminary crash investigation shows that the driver of a truck-tractor semi-trailer lost control and overturned the truck and trailer, blocking the roadway.  Another truck-tractor semi-trailer traveling westbound was unable to avoid colliding with the overturned vehicle.
